MIAMI will accept listings from non-member REALTORS® in good standing with other Florida MLSs that are a signatory to the FAR Statewide Reciprocal Agreement.
The documents below are required for agents outside of MIAMI who would like to participate with a reciprocal agreement for the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®, MLS.

Forms Required for Reciprocal
Note – Forms required to join must include a Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Association or MLS and a copy of your Real Estate License.
Reciprocal Information
The following documents are needed in order to process your reciprocal.
- Listing agreement
- Up to 35 images of the property (JPG format - Resolution 1024x76 - sent via email)
- Payment in the amount of $100.00 (credit or debt card only).
- Submit when completed to Michael@miamire.com
